Bhel Mix is a dry Indian snack mix used to make Bhel Puri, a popular chaat / street food.

The base is typically puffed rice (also called “murmura” or “muri”)
-
It also usually contains sev (thin fried chickpea flour noodles), peanuts, and a blend of spices.
-
Variants may include rice flakes / corn flakes, roasted lentils, and other crunchy farsan.
-
It’s very similar in spirit to sev mamra / “mixture” snacks.
